I track my serum HCG levels along with serum 17ohp and yes it's broadly dose dependent , up to a certain maximal HCG dose . I am talking about TRT suppressed testicles. You can find your maximal useful HCG dose like this

I have used puretrig and I get a peak blood HCG level done for each batch I receive to make sure it's legit but more importantly potency survived shipment. Always get levels 20 to 30 iu on my bloods. You could consider blood test if you doubt your products potency
