Do you think 0.25mg Arrimidex is a good starting point?

My fear is if I start arimidex will my hair loss get worse?

Biggest things I can think of are achy joints, some hair loss, feel oily and feeling hot all the time practically. Libido is okay, erections are better with the trt. Brain fog has improved with twice a week injections.

I always feel hot, not sure if its from the raised estradiol though. I feel better with this protocol compared to once a week injections for sure. Feels smoother. My mood is more consistent.
