Although I am grateful for western medicine.... it has been incredibly dreadful to navigate. Most of my doctors have been mediocre at best. In fact my last TRT doctor was a quack.
I made an appointment with Defy Medical after seeing that they helped out a few guys who had issues on this forum...
I'm going to talk to my new doctor over at Defy about Clomid, Enclomiphene or nasal gels. I just stopped TRT due to side effects and I am already feeling better four days in... I am finally sleeping. I have been on opiates for over 10 years due to major back issues.. however God willing I should...
I starting to wonder how many people are misdiagnosed based on numbers or they are at supra physiological levels that are doing harm to their body. My doctor didn't talk to me about how to raise my T levels naturally. I was eating a lot of sugar. I wasn't exercising. I was on medication that...
Have we been conditioned to think a guy at 250 or 300 TT is low T? When the reality is that he is simply in a spectrum? I know this is a thought exercise... but I see so many young people going on TRT because they are influenced by the number. I'm just asking questions....
I see guys on forums who 'claim' to have low T side effects at 400 or 500 TT. I felt like a crack head when I was at or above 500 TT.
When I look at the charts it states that a healthy level of testosterone for a 18 year old male is between 300 and 1200.
Can I 18 year old with levels of 400...
I was diagnosed with low T at 168.2 TT and 2.9 FT. I've been on my TRT journey for 3 months. I feel great at 262 TT and 10.3 FT. But due to ongoing side effects I will be stopping my current protocol in the effort of trying to maximize my natural levels after making a handful of changes with...
I am going to stop TRT after 3 months due to too many side effects. I'm on 35mg a week and I am only sleeping a few hours a night. I track it with my CPAP. If I try to take more testosterone I get really high blood pressure, chest pain, pulse and anxiety. I have an appointment with Defy on...
The combination of opioids and Benzo defiantly increase central sleep apnea.
If you just google 'Benzo central sleep apnea'... you will see the results. Bezo's and central sleep apnea is a real thing... Its a problem for anyone who has sleep apnea.
Tapering off the opioids could be the culprit...
Testosterone cyionate has caused a lot of issues for me including super high blood pressure, high pulse, chest pain, anxiety and insomnia. I started at 168 TT and I am now at 262 TT on 35mg per week. I get too many side effects if I go up. I honestly feel really good except for my sleep issues...
I am using a CPAP.... as a result I get a nightly sleep report. I can tell you first hand... and there is plenty of data backing this up. Benzo's cause central apnea which creates the feel of sleep... but you're actually being sedated. It can be very dangerous especially for guys on TRT that are...
I'm am currently on 35mg of test cypionate. Yes... 35mg.lol I currently take 10mg EOD.
I've been on TRT for 84 days. My old doctor started me too hight despite having tried TRT 5 years ago with bad results. So I have been titrating down to stop the MAJOR side effects that lead me to the ER...
