Hcg and hunger
Working out drinking a lot of water . No bread, rice or cola (still drink 2 to 3 beers a few times a week ) High protein No meals with in 3 hours of bed time . eating some complex carbs I was watching one of Nelsons videos it doesn't sound good but it is been eating black beans with eggs . you...- Bama Boy

Hcg and hunger
Does Hcg make you less hungry ? I think the last couple of weeks that I have been on Hcg I feel less hungry . Has anyone else experienced this ? I have been working my ass off !!! my goal is to lose 65 lbs Ive lost 20 in the past 4 weeks ! and feeling great !- Bama Boy
