    Is this gyno?

Do not think this is gyno although a better photograph would help -- one with less shadow. If it is gyno then only surgery will resolve it - not exercise and not liposuction.

Help me dial in my protocol Nebido

This is para-obsessional stuff. Either you feel better on TRT 1000 Q 10 weeks or you don't. End of. Blood levels are neither here nor there. But I'm probably wasting my breath on the desert ait!

    Anabolics/hormones for nocturnal leg cramps?

Hi Jim, Suggest she try calcium tablets if you have not already tried. Also raising bed clothes off legs with cage might help. This may be a vascular problem and can be difficult to solve. May need circulation checked out using doppler. Andrew Rynne. www.medicaladviceforyou.com

Am I a candidate for trt?

The best way to answer this is to go on a trial of TRT. Blood levels will tell you nothing. It is how you feel that's important. My feeling is that once you go on TRT you will quickly see the the point.

what're you guys using to combat acne caused by TRT?

You may have to consider reducing the dose of whatever form of TRT you are on.
