Initial levels correlate to target TT?

Gents, A while ago, when first researching my low T problem, I stumbled upon a blog entry from a clinic local to me that has alway stuck in my mind. In the wonderful world of n=1 this rule, as it transpires, does actually apply to me. I’m running 30mg per day that puts me at the upper end of TT...

Feel good physically but bad attitude.

Joe, I think you missed the ironic humor in Jim’s reply! To be fair though I was completely the opposite. I have gone from being an aggressive moody bastard pre trt to a fair calmer individual on it.

Feel good physically but bad attitude.

I would look to the possibility of high DHT as being a possible cause. Gels/creams seem to raise DHT far more than injections do. The Androgenic effect of DHT can manifest as slightly higher levels of aggression

    High E2 Symptoms?

I would be interested in the answers to this as subjective E2 control is a mystery to me. I seem to show no symptoms of high E2 even when bloodwork comes in high. I simply take 0.125mg of Adex every now and again as I think that I ought to. A complete shot in the dark though. Problem is I think...

    Switching to cream from injections

I went the other way, from gel to injections. I found gels to be an unstable nightmare with monthly measured tt levels wildly swinging over 500 points up and down. The absorption is just not consistent enough to fine tune. I’m also low shgb. With injections I now have a stable base to work from...

TRT and LGD? Is it a bad idea?

Appreciate all that but looking at the study, the list of sides and the dosage “Showed significant suppression at 1.0mg dose only”. My concern is merely that the recommended BB dose is 10 times that! Additionally a lot of folks stack multiple SARMs. Understand that lipids and SHGB come back up...

TRT and LGD? Is it a bad idea?

Christer, you need to scratch further beneath the surface. There is plenty of evidence to suggest that at suggested BB dosages certain SARMs are not as benign as they are touted. The effect on lipids and SHBG is reported if you dig down a level or two. For the most part no one notices as it’s...

Low SHBG. EOD vs daily shots. Is their a big difference?

My SHBG has come up a little on ED doses and now sits at 22. Benefits for me of ED shots is the stability. E2 remains basically constant and I don’t feel the need for an AI at this point. Additionally my hematocrit has stabilized back at my pre-trt baseline. This is critical to me as I can’t...

TRT and LGD? Is it a bad idea?

Voices, understand and agree but the bulk of the information about SARMs around the web leads people to believe they are fairly benign. Dosing information seems to push quite high as the ‘recommended’ norm. Unfortunately a lot of the forums that push these hard have a vested interest (sponsors...

    Reverse t3 management worth it?

Captain, thanks, that has given me food for thought. Although my ED is better on trt and cialis it can be a little unpredictable.

TRT and LGD? Is it a bad idea?

MK677 should be fine to use. Cardarine works well but it has the possible cancer issue hanging over it. LGD and Ostarine both work but they aren’t without side effects. To be fair I was running 10 ml of LGD, at 5 ml I guess the sides won’t be too bad. The only way you will find out is to try but...

TRT and LGD? Is it a bad idea?

Play at your own risk is my advice. These ‘harmless’ SARMs are not! Does LGD work, yes it does however...... It trashed my lipids, spiked my blood pressure and reduced my SHBG by 70%! Frankly it made me get noticeably bigger in a short time but made me very ill. As soon as the bloods came in the...

    Hematocrit: How Doctors Respond

I think the strange thing is also the complete lack of predictability. My raising 4 points on gel (13% get a rise) but back to baseline on injections (67% get a rise) shows this. You would expect it to be the other way round just looking at the statistics. Both were daily applications so the...

    Hematocrit: How Doctors Respond

I was a 47 before starting trt (gel) and this increased to 51 so treated with a phylobotomy. Since going on ED injections this has now stabilized back at 47 so I’m a happy bunny. The thought of regular blood letting wasn’t great but it was something I was prepared to live with. I was suffering...

    Reverse t3 management worth it?

Thanks for the info, I will do a little more reading and wait for my Defy consult next week. Having looked at the symptoms again (of which I seem to have none) I’m minded to do nothing unless they can convince me otherwise of a risk I’m missing
