Cypionate to Undecanoate conversion schedule (100MG)?

How does one convert from a 100mg stable Cypionate to Undeconate (100mg) injectable? I am talking weekly SubQ injections. My half ass guess is the following: Week 1: 300mg Undecanate; 75mg Cypionate Week 2: 200mg Undeconate; 50mg Cypionate Week 3: 100mg Undecanoate; 25 mg Cypionate Week 4...

    KYZATREX (oral testosterone undecanoate) Updates

Note on Kyzatrex. If you are not getting the T values you want consider that oil (regardless of what they say) makes a HUGE difference on absorption. At 800mg per day (dumb pa prescribed max) I hit 2660 peak by taking two 200 mg capsules with 3, 1000mg fish oil capsules, twice a day.

Kyzatrex - sudden emptiness feeling in head

Estrogen deficiency. Ultra high DHT competitively binds to receptors effectively blocking estrogen. It won't show up on a lab report, but it happens in the body. Note: you'll find none one. No one ever. On a cream or gel who happens to take an AI who is not also experiencing extreme low...

Where can I find Kyzatrex? Low cost options

This doesn't seem to be true. Google reveals at least a couple pharmacies (DiRX and Healthwarehouse) that sell it. Others do too as well but they don't disclose that on their website and of course they never tell you the price until you already have a prescription on file. What I am wondering...

    Kyzatrex or Jatenzo

How much are they charging you at revive (feel free to PM)? I am having the same issue with DiRx - they just cancelled my order yet and have no idea on when they'll have inventory yet are still actively selling Kyzatrex through their website..

Where can I find Kyzatrex? Low cost options

Finding this medication is difficult outside of an online clinic. I am looking for a pharmacy that sells it directly. Prices and availability seem to be hidden on this medication. Is anyone getting Kyzatrex prescribed? Where? How much do you pay?

Minimizing Erythrocytosis during TRT (Daily injectable Testosterone vs. Gels vs. Kyzatrex)

All, I react very badly to injectable T (56 hematocrit @ 100 mg split 3x per week SubQ). My ferritin suffers greatly here and sits in the 20's to low 30's. I want it to be above 70. Testosterone have given me a severe case of periodic limb movement disorder due to low dopamine resulting (I...

Minimizing Erythrocytosis w/ gels, pills, compounded dissolvables, daily injections?

An update. I got on Kyzatrex and although I don't know its effects on ferritin I can confirm that it causes a HUGE increase in testosterone. I was prescribed 4x 200mg (maximum dose) to be taken 2 times per day. The peak (4 hours) after the first dose but before the second sent me to 2640...

Minimizing Erythrocytosis w/ gels, pills, compounded dissolvables, daily injections?

The hills and valley of oral T vs a steady state suppose to stop blood thickening and the process begin altered RBC production that causes low ferretin... I'm theory...

Minimizing Erythrocytosis w/ gels, pills, compounded dissolvables, daily injections?

You are correct. 55 is a high limit for me based on research. I have hit 57 in the past. Key to me is ferratin level maintenance and dropping testosterone levels at night. I am thinking that a low daily dose of Enclomiphene may be able to "break through" oral T because of the low trough...

Minimizing Erythrocytosis w/ gels, pills, compounded dissolvables, daily injections?

If you have ever been on T injections than based on research you will have a more or less permanently increased baseline hematocrit. It takes at least a year of no exogenous T to revert to your earlier baseline For me, anything 53 or below I think is totally fine.

That's fantastic! What are you getting for Total T, free T, E, SHRB... ?

Minimizing Erythrocytosis w/ gels, pills, compounded dissolvables, daily injections?

What lab values are you getting and what is your ferritin holding at? Yep, when I saw a lab of 156 ferretin that was incidently taken in years prior to TRT compared to 12, I knew .

Minimizing Erythrocytosis w/ gels, pills, compounded dissolvables, daily injections?

I am currently on Natesto and while it works it is ultimately insufficient w/ a peak testosterone only around 400. I have covered studies on gels and pill options and it appears that pills are a very good approach with the softest effect on hematocrit. There is some debate in the literature and...
