Your free T is below range. I have low total T but normal free T and feel fine. I would get more work ups by an Endo to try and figure out why your free T is low.

I have taken HCG when I was 30 back when you could buy it and it's the only time my T tested above 450. It was 600 ng/dl and free test was 20. So it shows my balls are capable of producing test just need to figure out why they are not.
