Still going strong. Reduced my dose to 150mg daily. Currently taking armour thyroid, 2grains daily. Might start looking into hcg in a few months for fertility but other than that I have no complaints!
I usually apply it first thing when I get up. If I go for a run first then I'll apply it afterwards. At night I try to apply it before 6pm. I go to bed around 10:30 so there's at least 4 hours between when I apply and when I have intercourse.
