I usually apply it first thing when I get up. If I go for a run first then I'll apply it afterwards. At night I try to apply it before 6pm. I go to bed around 10:30 so there's at least 4 hours between when I apply and when I have intercourse.

Not sure but since I'm not taking hcg those downstream hormones aren't getting produced, hence the supplementation, oral route.

200mg/ml cream. I apply 1ml a day split into 2 doses. It seems like a alot but that's pure test in the cream so it peaks and troughs pretty quick.

I was on injections for about a year and a half. I could never get to where I wanted to be for some reason. I suspect that taking the AI at all was a horrible idea and was most likely causing my issues. After the cream, it was about a week and then things improved dramatically.
