I was looking at old files today and found the recipe for a weight gain shake that is not full of maltodextrin.

1 cup oat meal
1 banana
10 eggs (whites)
1 teaspoon peanut butter
5 almonds
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 cup skim milk

809 calories
15.7g fat
69.5 g protein
100.9 g carbohydrate
8.5 g fiber

If you want to add whole eggs instead of egg whites
1352 calories
102.1 g carbohydrate
62.7 g fat
96.4 g protein
8.2 g fiber

Is it safe to eat raw eggs everyday ? I see a lot of different information on that .. ?

That been said , like Nelson said I also would take some enzymes with it ! You are NOT what you eat but you are what digest/absorb. Like the oats in your shake they are really hard to break down in a raw state for your body.
