Hey guys,

Been trying to get dialed in for the past couple of months after being off an AI and finally was starting to get some relative consistency with the same protocol tweaking minor things such as supplements and diet. I just received my latest blood results yesterday(with defy) and have no idea how to interpret them and hoping on some opinions on what may be happening and some steps to take. I have a consult tomorrow with Defy as well so any questions that you think I should ask would be helpful.

After my my labs were taken in early December I started taking 3mg Cialis daily to help with some erection issues as well as some of the other health benefits. During that time that was the only addition to my supplement, diet, exercise, TRT routine. Could that have had such a pronounced effect on my labs? I have noticed some high E2 symptoms such as being overly emotional lately and the high E2 would definitely make sense. I am considering taking some .125 arimidex that I had left over to knock this down but am hesitant to mess with it again.

Current Protocol:

M/W/F Injections of 25mg 200mg/ml Test Cyp
200 IU HCG at time of injection
No AI

Supplements:

Multi Vitamin
100mg DIM
500mg Calcium D-Glucarate
700 mg Resveratrol
5000 IU Vit D
45 mg Zinc

You say you are experiencing high E2, lower your dosage and levels will decrease. There is no need for an AI when you can adjust your dosage.

Wow, a big increase. I wonder why? I would think the labs are wrong, but because everything increased, they're probably right.

The only thing I can think of. You either injecting more testosterone or the testosterone you're injecting is stronger?

Doesn't make much sense to me.

Thanks for the reply Systemlord. That is the strange part. Same dosage, same protocol. Not making sense unless that cialis was spiked with something we all need to be taking!

Same thought Vince, Defy tested DHEA among other things for the typical 90 day. My DHEA always hovers low around 140 and it was right there. Same test bottle from the earlier labs and same injection dosage. Hell even the same location and tech not that ot would matter. Curious what Defy will say tomorrow.
