On TRT/HCG - blood clots in urine

Hey everyone, really freaking out right now. I’ve never seen blood clots in my urine before. I was urinating and noticed a 1/2” piece of yarn size blood clot. My prior urination shedded some fragments of blood too. I’ve been on TRT/HCG injections for 7 years now. All my lab are pretty normal, slightly elevated hematocrit levels but nothing crazy. I’ve been in a great spot since I started every day injections of 14mg T. Cyp and M/W/F injections of HCG 300IU’s. I have not had the V yet, but I have been around people that have. Not sure if this would have anything to do with it. Anyone have any experience with blood clots in urine and what should I do now? Is this alarming?

Definitely a major symptom that should be discussed ASAP with your doctor. It may have nothing to do with your hormones. It could be bladder or prostrate related. Get it checked out.

I commented about the shot but didn't see your statement. Yes, it could be because you're around others that have had the shot.

I had blood clots in my urine, turned out to be bladder cancer. You best get to a Dr ASAP and have this checked out.

I’ve heard about that happening with women, but not men, anyone else heard reports of this?
