There was a guy on YouTube who got a clot in his lungs and leg 8 months into TRT, he had sleep apnea which is known to increase your risk of clots.

Now that’s not to say TRT didn’t contribute to the clot, but it didn’t “cause” the clotting. There’s a lot of people out there who aren’t on TRT and have sleep apnea who are at the same risk for clotting.
