Has anyone tried this product offering? I was taking 5mg of generic Tadalafil (Teva) that was obtained through a prescription. The price for 30 tablets at CVS ranged from $24 to $115, depending on if they had a coupon to offer.

During my last consult with Defy, they suggested I try their generic Tadalafil ODT, which comes in a 25mg tablet that can be quartered. It is a bit cheaper than paying $100 for 30 Teva tablets, so I thought to try it.

They say the tablet should dissolve in 60 seconds, but I've had that white lump under my tongue for as long as 15 minutes. No worry unless that means it is not being absorbed properly.

So, now I am taking the 6.25mg Tadalafil ODT daily instead of the 5mg Teva. It has been two weeks and a handful of 'uses'...erections seem about the same...a couple of times a bit weaker, but a lot can effect that. Is there a difference between these to products?

Does anyone else have any experience with the Defy/Empower Tadalafil ODT? Not being critical of the product...just seeking expereinces from others who might be using.

I have used both Empower and the generic brands from the pharmacy. I used the 3mg from Empower and now use 5mg generic. Note that I was using the capsules, not ODT.

I can't say I noticed a huge difference either way, and admittedly, shouldn't expect to with such a low dose. I believe both help with erections, but at those doses the difference is not extreme.

That said, the reason I switched to generic is because it became a lot less expensive for me. I just filled an rx at the pharmacy for 90 5mg tablets for $12 using a GoodRx coupon. Have you looked at GoodRx coupons for your local pharmacies?

I tried the Sildenafil ODT 125mg tab. Same impression-slimy lump under tongue is unpleasant. Barely, any effect on erectile function. Defy doc said to start with 1/4 tab. Ineffective. Tried 1/2. Ineffective. One whole tab, slight effect. So, I ground up two tabs into powder and tried under the tongue. About same effect as 20mg Tadalafil. I wouldn't order their product again. Possibly Sildenafil is not effective for me. A daily 5mg Tadalfil (generic w/ Good Rx coupon) has a fairly functional effect.

Download the GoodRx app!!! It gives u the prices of all pharmacies near you and a coupon. Costco has generic cialis (tadalafil) 5mg tabs x 30 for $10.
Depending on where you go, the manufacture may be different. I like teva or prasco brand so I go to Walmart for mine. Walmart is $25. I’ll pay extra for the brand I want though.

I use Costco also for the 5mg, great deal with GoodRx, I have had great performance with the round white pills from camber, I got one refill of oval pills from Burrel that did not seem to be as effective. I thought maybe I was building a tolerance but the latest refill is back to Camber and the performance is back on track, I will refuse the other brand going forward.
