37:35-39:50 (combination therapy ICI with oral PDE5i)

*the concern here is that the oral medication the so called PDE5i (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil) all these oral medications really are very similar to one of the injectable drugs called papaverine and if your using Trimix you are more or less are already maxing out the mechanism by which these oral therapies would work

*so really its almost like a redundant treatment that its already maxed out with the high level injections where by oral therapies would unlikely offer anything additionally to that treatment regiment

Dual short- and long-acting PDE5 inhibitors!

*We believe that combination therapy with dual short- and long-acting PDE5 inhibitors may have an additive effect and should be considered, even as a first-line initial strategy in cases of more advanced ED. Tadalafil with its longer half-life, ability to be absorbed with a high-fat meal, and unique twin success in the treatment of benign prostatic enlargement, may be an ideal agent to prescribe daily along with an on-demand PDE5 inhibitor

Could be right, Nelson. If you play with fire, you better be a fireman. So far, I've used 5mg Cialis and .22ml of Trimix twice now, other than crippling the wife, it's worked out ok. I got concerned the first time as was still a bit chubbed so I did about 60 squats and that seemed to kill it. Hour three the flag was down and full but not firm. But I woke early in the morning with some good wood. All felt/looked well in to the day. This may be a good topic to discuss, that is, when is an erection not an erection in terms of priapism symptoms. Or, is it just being rock hard and turning blue the issue. Where is the red zone? Are there recurrent signs that could become a long term problem?

I think @madman posted an article that said 4 hours is a lot and 6 hours will probably cause some irreversible changes in the penile tissue.

I had priapism once and woke up to give an early lecture with a hard on still going. Gladly, it started going down before I got on the podium. Not the funnest day of my life (fun previous night, though LOL)

I asked this question when I was discussing Tri-Mix. When I was younger, all the way into my 30’s, I would get hard for HOURS when I was in a party sex setting.
No drugs involved, just horny as f*#k.

So I asked, when is a hard on dangerous?

Never got a straight answer. Just said if it was a painful erection lasting over 4 hours go to the ER.
