Body Pain at 22 yo- Was it Caused by Anadrol ?

Hi everyone, I’m working on getting myself back to normal after years of constant pain at only 22. I’m working on figuring out if it has to due with my anadrol 50 cycle or something else. Long story short when I was 18 I took anadrol 50 for 4 weeks. For all I know it could’ve been some other steroid but I got huge in a short amount of time. About a year after the anadrol cycle injuries started. Crazy Injuries. Walking and breaking small bones in both ankles, shoulder pain (double rotator cuff tears) and double hip and groin surgery. Now today both my ankles kill me as well as both hips and shoulders. I’m already scheduled for another hip surgery but I’m wondering what the hell is going on? I eat extremely clean, and am still not fat and staying slim even though I can’t workout hard or run.

First off I’m wondering what kind of blood work I should make sure to look for that could be causing this and secondly if there’s any supplements that you guys recommend to help reduce this pain? Ive heard tumeric? my other question is if anadrol changed something in me hormonally that is causing all these injuries?

Could the anadrol cycle have caused damage that I can reverse? Something internally is potentially wrong? I can’t even sit and play video games because of my shoulder pain. I gave up my pro contract but not even being able to play video games is a whole other thing. Here’s my blood work, is there anything I’m missing that could be causing these injuries?

If the anadrol is not causing this full body pain in ankles hip shoulders groins and abs what is going on? Could it be lyme disease? Does anyone have any ideas? I have a very clean diet and take tumeric and MSM. Please offer suggestions.

Anadrol can increase your strength rapidly when your tendons aren't anywhere near prepared for it. That could destroy any tendon or joint capsule.

is that what could have happened to me? The injuries started a year after taking the anadrol and the worst part is I literally feel like I’m90 years old pain everywhere and don’t know what to do

What else where you taking and for how long and how recent was your last cycle?

One 4 week cycle would not do this on its own. (Assuming you were taking 1-2 pills per day not half a bottle).

those type of injuries materialize over time. Steroids can make things worse because your muscles get stronger than what your joints can handle - and hard training when your joints can’t handle it causes problems.

Are you training super heavy with high intensity- reps to failure, minimal rest days etc constantly?

hey man. Being a stupid 18 year old at the time I was only taking the anadrol once a day for about 4 weeks. This was not recent it was 3 years ago but since taking it is when my body fell apart and I got gyno. Currently I’m unable to life at all, I only can walk (still in pain) and do very light stretching and yoga
