Hey gents - I'm new to TRT and new to this forum. Glad to have found both. I've been on TRT for about 12 weeks now. I'm on 80mg T Cyp 2x week, plus 500iu hCG 3x week. Also take 0.25mg anastrozole 3x week. Just had my first post-TRT labs done last week, and I'm wondering how my DHT levels compare to others here. I'm definitely experiencing some anxiety, brain fog, and general malaise as of about 2 weeks ago. Wondering if DHT is a player. Here are some key stats from my labs below. Appreciate any feedback!

Your DHT levels are slightly higher than mine. I definitely wouldn't be concerned about your DHT levels. My concern would be your estrogen levels, too low. I would drop the anastrozole. I bet you would feel a lot better.

High DHT isn't known to cause symptoms other than acne, the low estrogen is the cause of your anxiety and your Free T levels aren't high enough to fully benefit from TRT. I've seen guys go on TRT with these Free T levels.

Another benefit of TRT is increased hematocrit are yours is still on the bottom end.

DHT isn't your problem. There are guys on scrotal cream with levels five times what yours are. Your issue is likely that your free T is still suboptimal and you're oversuppressing estrogen. I'd bump the T dose up to 60mg 3x/week (the more frequent injections due to your low SHBG) and drop the anastrozole down to 2x/week, then retest in six weeks.
