22 Year old. User of anabolic steroids. Suffering

Hi people,

I am a 22 year old male who was stupid enough to use anabolic steroids when I was 18/19.
I am now suffering with reduced testicle size, Erectile dysfunction, reduced sperm count, reduced sex drive and reduced rate of pubic hair growth.

My testosterone levels after coming off of the anabolic steroids were at the medium to high range; ranging from 20 nmoL/L to 35 nmoL/L + these were tested over the course of a year before I started clomiphene treatment which was for an additional year and my testosterone increased slightly as well as my libido but this did not solve any of my problems. (numerous other blood tests were taken to check my levels and all turned out to be in the normal range)

Other tried methods were that I had a color doplar ultrasound to check for any venous leakage which was not found. For any sexual intercourse I have been using viagra which is my only option which does help but is not something I want to have to live off for sexual intercourse at my age.

This is very frustrating for me because the test results show that I am in the normal ranges yet there is an obvious problem if my testicles are close to the size they were before i hit puberty and that my ejaculation volume has decreased so much as well as my erectile dysfunction. I like the sound of HCG and regrowing my testicles, I would just like to know anyone's thoughts on what i should do next.

Welcome to Excelmale. I take it you live outside the US, based on the units you reported your testosterone value. When you came off your steroid cycle did you engage in any sort of post-cycle therapy?

Thanks, Yes im from the UK and Yes my PCT after the anabolic steroids was clomiphene at 25mg each day but I cant be sure that the clomiphene was legit or not and I only took it for 3 weeks.

To convert my levels for you
20 nmol/L = 577 ng/dl
35 nmol/L = 1009 ng/dl

HCG and proviron would work for increasing sex drive. So would administering a non-alcohol based T cream to your testicles. There is a DHT gel sold in Germany that is also an option.

Hey thank for the reply and help.

I actually remember trying proviron when i was using the anabolic steroids before and my hair on my head started shedding within a matter of hours, so for me i guess i have to stay clear of this one.

I will look into this T cream.
