    TRT dosing help

I didn’t say they are on those doses. I used it as a study to push back against your claim regarding exposure over time. Again, I used a human study with thousands of people over years, and the group with the highest exposure had the best outcome. Meanwhile when asked for evidence to show that...

@Cataceous , since we’re building strawmen today let’s try it in reverse. Prompt and response from ChatGPT (and it should be noted I’m running these in a private browser without signing in so that replies from other conversations on the topic don’t impact response). Can an individual with...

WARNING: Do not believe Internet "gurus" proclaiming no need to manage hematocrit on TRT

Debunking the Myth About High Hematocrit in Men on TRT I know many of you want to feel reassured that managing hematocrit isn’t necessary. However, misinformation is spreading, with some "bro science" videos and even a few so-called expert doctors claiming that men on TRT don’t need to worry...

    High hematocrit risk

I'm providing information based on the context of @Goddar statement that a lot of doctors will not allow HCT over 50% (small elevation) when other lab ranges goes all the way to 52% and the cut off being 54%. Can agree that this is an over reaction on the part of doctors? My blood pressure...

Testosterone Therapy Induced High Hematocrit- Can Therapeutic Phlebotomy Be a Double-Edged Sword?

Your evidence makes for good reading but in and of itself, isn't conclusive clinical study. Consequently, it adds cost, worry for perhaps very few people, and based on the more recently clinical studies on testosterone replacement, contradictory in that those show no increased risk of...

I cannot find the statement of shear stress at the vessel wall. The video you referred me to explained that there is a layer of plasma at the vessel wall and that viscosity actually decreases below 2mm diameter with still having this plasma layer.

Does a high hematocrit change your blood's clotting profile? High altitude vs TRT.

That is encouraging; two people can have the same HCT and dramatically different whole blood viscosity. Why? They have very different plasma viscosities (inflammation, disease). Hct doesn't tell the whole story of whole blood viscosity. Congrats!
