I thought Ovitrelle is good at room temperature unless it has been mixed with bacteriostatic water, in which case it does need refrigeration. I also thought that it can stay good in the fridge for a year or more?

That's good if the pen is single shot, but at least in my country the ovitrelle pen has 25 clicks, around 260iu per click, so you could just use the pen for dispensing into your t-injection. Do you inject IM or subq?
