I was posting basically in response to the jay campbell trt youtube video with Rouzier and him making fun of people who would use an ai and also talking about prescribing estrogen.

Yep! We are all different- some need higher E2 and some lower! I think guys like Jay Campbell are being very cavalier with their advice that you don’t need an ai! For those just starting out start low and so your blooodwork! Indy
