Cold showers really spike dopamine. I did one today when it was about 40 degrees out. Felt amazing to do something really hard and then get the benefits of lowering blood sugar, increasing immunity and some fat metabolism early in the day.

Does anyone have any thoughts on working out with a cold. In my younger days coaches would say to sweat it out. I read it can be better to rest. I've been tired and have had to force myself to get in the gym. I sure as hell don't want to prolong this cold.
