Why Can't I Lose Weight if I'm Healthy ?

Hi guys,

If my blood exam is ok, why can't I lose weight ? I've tried caloric deficits many times but not effect.

I try up more calories and not result (i tracking my macros).

My Test is 340 and start TRT saturday with 200 mg of cypionate.

Possible is this the only cause ? experience ? this situation going on for two years.

Ever considered low carbs, it really helped me control my appetite. The woman really like a lean muscular man. There's many good posts on going low carbs.

How old are you? What is your diet like and what type of exercise do you engage in?

I try low carbs but not very effect for me.

25 years old. Actually diet is around 2000 kcal with 200gr of carbs.

Training lift 3 days a week and cardio 2 hiit or liss.

186cm x 80 kg but BF around 16% (little more in legs, ass , face...).

Tyroid is ok, cortisol salivar is ok.

Possible insuline resistance ?

Hi guys,

My doctor prescribed me Metformin (250mg at lunch and 250mg dinner).

After one week my weight plateu it seems drop.

They are about two weeks I started with testosterone and dieta about 1800/2100 kcal ( alternate carbs in training days and rest) and cal shifting.

Why Can't I Lose Weight if I'm Healthy ?
