When I was with RoyalMens they had their cyprionate mixed with anastrazole. Idk why that isn’t standard. I had less issues with AI when it was done this way too. Weirdly enough I tolerate a much lower dosage (in pill form) than the 1mg/200mg cyp ratio they had going in those vials.
You still gotta measure it out with the syringe though, every time right? prob ok to reuse syringe with alcohol solution tho. And you’re dropping it in your coffee or whatever.
anastrazole half life is like 48 hours. Ideally should be more frequent than weekly but convenience comes in to play. I really do like their method though, if microdosing. I just haven’t tried it.
I think eod is overrated and too much work. Biweekly is fine. I certainly had less anxiety biweekly. It is “more stable.” But keep in mind the half-life of cyprionate is 8 days. Its not like a night and day difference. I have also heard similar things about propionate being overrated as well...
I keep mine around 25-30 with my dose. I just let my body aromatize. Increasing via any other method I have not tried and never will. I was jokingly eating tofu and drinking soy milk during my malaise but that stuff doesn’t work.
I’ve been in the ER due to massive pain from AI lasting about 3 months. That said. I still take it. But I only take 1/4 pill a week. 1/2 is still too much. That would be 1/4 of 1mg.
And yes I take it with the cyp shot. I also went back to weekly just due to convenience.
Even with 1/4 my...
Sorry to hear about your tendinitis. I had issues with my neck, knee, and now my hip. It is a big problem that not many people talk about. I dropped my anastrazole to 1/4 pill a week due to this BS. My regards.
I'm going thru what you are as well. Still haven't recovered, after almost 2 months, from crashing my E2. It is sad, because it's the same dosage as I was using when the anastrozole with mixed in the vial, but this time it's with pills. I stopped taking Anastrazole for about 3 weeks until I...
I believe HCG is the most important thing here. I agree, I don’t feel much different off. But I sleep more, have less energy & motivation, and more fat build up…less aggression as well.
I always made sure to have a couple weeks left of HCG before going off of it.
Nothing drastic happened but I was a bit emotional sometimes towards the 2 week mark.
They also ask if you’ve taken aspirin, which affects only platelet donation, not whole blood- but ironically they accept folks who take blood pressure medication, go figure. I conveniently forget I took aspirin before.
If that blood donation place gives you trouble just go to another one, and don’t wave a banner everywhere saying you’re on TRT- idk why you would even disclose something like that, I was never asked that.
This is what I find so frustrating with the pills. At least the vial mix of cyp & anastrazole was exact. For some reason when I’m on the pills I have the same reaction OP is discussing. It’s almost like taking an AI is not the way to go, and to split dose to EOD really is the only solution. Not...
All I can say is 800 T for me was nothing, and I only got intended benefits after going from 125mg per week to 200mg. With a T of 1200+ I started feeling different. Everyone is different tho, of course..
I have the issue with the AI pills. It may be the same issue with OP.
As for lowering his T dose, I don’t really care, I was just focusing on the anastrazole side of things.
I am on the 200mg per week split. I was under the impression this isn’t even a high dose. It’s standard AFAIK.
You are...
160mg a week isn’t a “high” T dose.
I think AI is poison, and probably the culprit to many issues with high doses.
OP: I always had better success with injected AI mixed with the T that RoyalMens had. Every time I take the pill I go thru hell like you are sir.
