I’ve been in TRT 8 years and tried every protocol under the sun at various times. This is the best I have felt since I started and went through the honeymoon phase. I hear what your saying but I’m not a rookie either and was just passing it along for anyone else who might be struggling

Has anybody else noticed a better libido and erections on a lower dose? I recent switched ( 3 weeks ago) from 25mg T ED to 18mg T ED and have noticed a big improvement in libido and erections since switching

So I recently switched from EOD injects with an insulin syringe back to twice a week glute injects and feel much better ( more motivation, energy, etc ) has anybody else noticed something similar? I am using the 23 gauge needles (1”) so maybe going deeper has helped?

My SHBG is 30. 8 on my last bloodwork. HCT is holding steady a between 47 and 48 at 14mg per day. Indy

On that dose for over a year. Nuts are slightly smaller not sure about sperm atrophy. Have not measured LH Indy

14mg /daily Test Cyp here. Been on that dose forever and doing great. I’m typically in the high 800’s - to low900s on that dose and feel great. E2 of 36 at last bloodwork. I highly recommend daily shots to be very one on TRT- Indy

Sorry if I missed it but what are your current E2, Total test and Free test levels? What are your current TRT meds and doses?Current bloodwork will help the people here better go help you. Are you taking an ai? SHBG would be good to have too! Indy

Yep -everyday! 40mg test cyp EOD

Have you tried one big shot per week? Some guys don’t respond well to having their test at “peak” all the time ( like with daily shots ) Good Luck! Indy

Yes- and then some! Do you next blood work ( if you switch to 100mg twice a week ) on a Monday morning before your next shot. You’ll need to wait about 8 weeks for the change to level off but you will likely be over 1000

Get a new doctor! I would split it into 100mg on Monday and Thursdays - less of a spike in Test and E2 than 160mg all at once

You could always try splitting the 100mg into daily shots ( 14ish mgs per day) no need for ai then for sure

Depends if you were already on it and adjusted up or down. But it may take a week or two to level off again. What were erections like on test only? Did you start on the ai right away or did you add it at some point?

It’s the HCG- drop it aand use .25 arimidex at injection time. HCG can cause a huge bump in Estrogen which will give you ED. It will take a few days but it will come back!

I predict that in the next year they will all be off that bandwagon-

It becomes a concern when you experience the side effects of high estrogen. For example I get crazy bloating when mine gets high - my stomach looks like it’s eight months pregnant if I don’t take an ai or lower my dose. In that case it is not a great idea to “let it go” plus then I get insomnia...

I would start lower like 14-16 per day and get bloodwork after eight weeks-should put you at around 800-900 with no need for ai. Indy

40mg EOD and .25 arimidex EOD puts my TT at 1150 SHBG at 30and E2 at 36.i would trydaily or EOD and see if you feel better!

I had the same thing happen on HCG - I dropped it and things went back to normal. I suspect the HCG Caused my estrogen to go too high- sounds like that may be the same for you. Drop the HCG and see if your ED gets better. Indy

Update- latest blood draw on daily shots ( 210/week) has my total T at 1300, SHBG at 31 and E2 at 51. No ai for 7 weeks my blood pressure has been great now at 125/75 ( taken before my blood draw ) Dropping the ai has improved my blood pressure tremendously!

Drop the HCG and try 70mgs T on Monday and 70mg T on Thursday and then see how you feel. Inject both into the muscle ( not sub q ) and see how you feel. Good luck! Indy

When my E2 got super low my blood pressure was getting higher and higher and I had similar issues. I discontinued the arimidex and adjusted my dosage and my blood pressure dropped - get your E2. Checked if your below 20 is stop the ai

True- but I would change one thing at a time first leave the ED injections as “plan B” of you don’t feel better after dropping the HCG. Good luck!

I’d drop the HCG first and see if you feel better -keep on the EOD schedule and leave the dose the same with the arimidex dose at your current dose as well. Indy

I had the exact same thing happen to me! I was on Arimidex with an E2 of 9( yes 9 ) and my BP was sky high 156/110. I dropped the arimidex to let my Estrogen level build and noticed that my blood pressure went down substantially. I am now in the 120-30/70-80 range. I have another blood draw...

Is it possible to get high blood pressure if your E2 is crashed? I’m talking like E2 below 10 I know conventional thinking says high E2 would result in high blood pressure but just wondering if it’s also possible with low E2 Thanks! Indy

Yes- I have had good luck with both L-arginine and L-Carnitine ( I take both together ) 1500 mg of L-arginine and 250mg L- carnitine for starters and then adjust from there! Indy

Drop the HCG- leave everything else the same ( for now ) maybe try Genes Stack in addition. The HCG did not work for me and once I dropped it everything worked again! Good luck! Indy
