I was curious why some recommend starting pct 5 days after your last injection and some recommend 14-16 days? What if you started earlier?- Fit4life

500 iu hcg daily
Hello everyone. Would 500 iu of hcg daily or 5-7 times of the week be okay. I feel when I take any less I just don't like the way I feel. Or could the hcg just be of low quality? Thanks, Rob- Fit4life
