Im a low SHBG guy (usually single digits).
Do you have muscle loss/weakness?
Fasciculations (muscle twitching)?
Raised triglycerides?
Heat intolerance?
Abdominal weight gain?
Shortness of Breath?
Exercise intolerance?
Any other symptoms?
Been with Defy for awhile and have nothing but good things to say about them.
Besides some cognitive benefits of not having low T, I dont feel a whole lot of from TRT. TRT protocol is 160 mg a week split in two doses and HCG.
I used to be a 5-6 day a week gym guy and was in very good shape...
I'm quite positive I'm insulin resistant with an out of range low SHBG and I'm looking into metformin. TRT so far hasn't been anywhere near effective as I thought it'd be and I am realizing that it is most likely (hopefully) because of the low SHBG and insulin resistance.
