I Have finally found out why I feel like shit! I am on TRT but never felt good like all the things I read!
It turns out I have high Reverse T3. Has anyone successfully cleared it using T3 - Im about to try the standard t3 cycle for 6 weeks and hope it works! I think taking T3 the once 10 years...
I'm just about to do my fire cycle in 10 years (just test top up on TRT, Nebido) is it possible to also get into ketosis to burn fat quicker?
My understanding is that too much protein (enough to build muscle) would throw me out of ketosis.
Also starting HCG (500iu E3D) today for fertility.
Thanks
Hi guys,
I'm from the Uk and there is NO SENSITIVE e2 test here at all - even to professionals!
My e2 on Nebido is 157 pmol/L but can that be any kind of marker fir a man? I think it converts to about 50 in USA measurements but is that reliable. I here some would say that is 10-20 over...
Has anyone tried splitting NEBIDO shots into 3 and doing once a month? I seem to get HUGE spikes in Test, E2 and SHBG every time I get shot.
Would this calm everything down a bit?
Thus is my second attempt at usig this forum. If yoi dont know anything about the subject please can yo just post a hello just to let me know I am using it correctly!! I would rather use this forum rather than the facebook page finally!!!
Been on TRT for 2 months now. My TT midrange now but my free testosterone is still off the charts (low) so I'm not benefitting at all.
Where do I go now!!!? 🙏🏻
