I reconstitute the 5/5 mg IPA/CJC with 2.5 ml of BAC. That yields 2 mg/ml or 200 mcg/10 units or 0.1 cc. Usual dosing is 100 - 300 mcg before bed. Always start with the lowest dose. You should feel a flushing sensation within minutes after a sc inj. PS products have a vacuum in the vial. Be careful to slowly let the BAC in or you'll foam and possibly denature the product. Mixed and refrigerated, 30 day shelf life.
Since it's a 5 mg blend as in 5mg of each would you not reconstitute it as an overall 10mg vial? I'm looking at purchase a 12mg IPA/ 6mg CJC blend and I'm assuming I'd reconstitute it as an overall 18mg blend, is that correct?

First how much total volume will the vial hold? For PS, 2.5 ml is about it. Second, what dosing are you going to use of each peptide? Regardless of what volume you reconstitute, the ratio will be 2:1, IPA/CJC, respectively, if that is what you want. If you want equal dosing per inj of each, the you have to purchase a 1:1 blend.

For example, if you reconstitute your 12 mg IPA/6 mg CJC with 3 ml of BAC, that will give you a concentration of 4 mg/ml of IPA and 2 mg/ml of CJC in the vial. If you inject 0.1 ml, you will be dosing at 400 mcg or IPA and 200 mcg of CJC. A dosing rec is attached from Tailor Made. Usually PM dosing of each is 200 mcg, probably no more than 300 mcg of each.

I workout at night then drink a protein shake afterwards do I have to wait 2 hrs after that to take the peptide or will I be ok taking it before that. I stay awake to make sure I don't miss my dose but really just want to go to bed sometimes
No. I know a doctor who posts on another board who tested this theory. There was absolutely no diminishing effect between eating or not eating after using peptides.

I know of the theory that only 100mcg can supposedly be utilized at any given administration, but for me Ipamorelin benefits are significantly enhanced with 300+ compared to just 100.

With CJC-1295, however, at least for me a little goes a long way. It definitely bolsters Ipam, but I only use 1/4 the amount of Ipamorelin (injected separately, same time).

Bodybuilder Taeian Clark is a big advocate for 500mcg high dose Ipamorelin, up to 3x500 daily and suggests it's a better and smarter choice than running actual HGH.

YMMV, of course.

If you do a search, at one point in time I posted research to back this saturation dose claim. Ipamorelin is a different animal. I have always suggested that 500mcg of Ipa is the minimum you use. I know guys that get good results at 1000mcg.

What range would you recommend for a 1:1 CJC (no DAC) : IPA ?

Depending on your goals
PM dose life extension;
100mcg CJC 195 no dac
100-200mcg IPA

Cutting fat/building muscle
100mcg CJC 195 no dac
500- 1000mcg IPA

Thank you @BigTex . . For building muscle, 1:5 ratio of Mod GRF 129 to IPA is probably a lot better move than the 1:1 mix offered by places like PS? I have 10mg of the 1:1 mix I experimented w 250mcg last night fasted.

Would you assume results would be 3X better taking three 100mcg & 500mcg doses daily compared to a larger dose once daily? I'm assuming this is the right track but it's my first run w this combo.

Absolutely. I have seen quite a few blood test that found that it took about 500mg of IPA to move the GH and IGF-1 levels upwards.

Go ahead and use the mixture you have and then think about buying individual vials of each.
