been on test for 4-5 years and just did some labs out of my own pocket just to see were I am at.
I’m .5 ml (1/2 mil) twice a week IM so it’s a small dose. 1ml a week total.
My energy is horrible and has been for years.
My sleep is as well but it’s been that way for a decade.
Thought about bumping it up a little to see how I feel.
