I've been blessed, I haven't had ED once in my life. 6 months ago when my test was 80ng/dl for a straight year, my wife and I were out on a rare date. She wanted to "do-it" in the car in front of her parents beach house. I had no issues at all. I can get hard without touching it, my mind alone can make it happen.

That's creepy details but trying to paint the picture. Even during my party days, never 1 issue.

I got a free sample back in the day and used it #1 to lower BP and #2 gym pre-workout.

Do any of you use it long term, off label?

Yes I do use both Cialis and Viagra for pre workouts also. It helps to keep my blood pressure good.

I never would have thought I was blessed until I read so many ED stories and the nurses at the Low T center would tell me lots of guys are there for ED. So now I have this perception that tons of guys have ED and I'm the minority.

So wanted to be clear while asking my question, if it's safe for 100% off label use. As I am not a candidate technically. Love the idea of lowering my BP and the Nitric Oxide pre-workout. I wonder why they don't promote it to us guys who don't have ED?

I do.......#1 BP, #2 NO2 for the gym. Gives pretty good vascularity.

I take 5mg daily Tadalafil for "off label" uses. Mostly for Minor BPH, but I also keep reading about the benefits so I just plan to keep taking it.

If you're having side effects you don't like, stop taking them. I don't have any side effects.

I was prescribed tadalafil a few years ago to treat my BPH. I take 5mg daily. It works better than any other medication I have taken to treat my BPH. And the fringe benefits are nice as well.

Im the most open guy in the world, I'll measure my dick if someone asked man. I 110% have never had ED, have never been prescribed, doc at Low T center always asked and I had nothing to report. Its not a big deal, if you have it from bodybuilding its super common. I took 2x the Nandrolone than Test and zero issues.

My only sexual issue is low drive. I just learned high prolactin can lower it? Ive blasted tons of test in my early 30's and sex drive was low for the first time, super confusing. Even w/ high total /free test.

My first cycle it was amazing, sex drive off the charts through college and my early LT/CPT Army days 500 mg test made me super horny. For the first 3-5 yrs.

Maybe b/c Im old now approaching 40, maybe thats it. Its frustrating I never want to bang my wife, she assumes I don't like her b/c I get hard when scratches my back or even mentions sex. I have the opposite of ED but no drive to use it. We have sex and it stays up for 30 min, I'll end up doing it a second time 15 min later, the thing is always hard.

I did and felt horrible. I stopped taking HRT from 2020-2021, 1 full yr. I slept all day [I work from home], went from low sex drive to negative 0, slightly depressed. perfect 120/80 though. Love the normal BP but couldn't stand feeling like shit.

I also take it for BPH, 10mg/day. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, not BP, though I think is does lower my baseline BP a bit.. It really works well for me. I don't tolerate Alfuzosin.

I have never looked this up but have heard all my competitive life about "deca dick." I have always heard that deca causes the sex drive to hit the floor. I believe what I have heard is may cause high prolactin. Of course this is based strictly on gym talk, never looks at any research in this area.
