I think it's no different than 200 mg every two weeks, it's a one size fits all approach and it's destined to not work for everyone.

There are guys that claim they feel better when their levels are swinging, I'm referring to those on weekly injections, @sh1973 .

Wasn't sure where to post this but I read it top to bottom and there is some fascinating detail related to release timing, different esters, logic behind microdosing, etc.

A good (long) read and very thorough:

I remember going through this. Good writeup on the pharmacokinetics. The author doesn't consider absorption along with the elimination kinetics in the plots but that is really in the weeds and I am being picky. Thanks for posting.

I started on weekly and had a great Sun-Thurs but crashed on Friday (130/wk Test-E).
Moved to 120 (per Doc) and every 3.5 days and although no crash and I feel steady, no great intensity like once a week. I am not convinced that micro daily would get me feeling great most of the time.

Wild card - it all changes when I get my CPAP script in about a month. (Ontario public health wait times)

I do have a friend that is microdosing every day. He swear by it and has tried to get me to do it. Personally I am over feeling like a pin cushion, even sub-q. But I have done quite a bit of microdosing with peptides and HGH.

andrewBwinter, there are places on the internet where you get get a spript for a CPAP for $100 on line. Not sure of the laws in Canada, if these is even acceptable. Sucks you have to wait that long. I had a doctor that kept trying to milk insurance and he made me jump through hoops to get a new script. I had previously done a full sleep study and give a script. Anyway I got fed up with it and paid to get one on-line. CPAP.com took it and now I never have to get another one. It angers me I even have to have a script for a CPAP. You don't need to understand clinical setting to use one of these as they are automatic.

As part of our public health coverage up to 75% of the machine is covered by OHIP if prescribed by a CDN doctor. I can claim the balance through my company coverage. I did the CPAP sleep study and they measured the best levels for system but due to the work load in our public system, the data won't be read for another 3-4 weeks.

The clinic I went to does 9 studies per night and they have 3-4 specialists doing the assessments. Heavy load.

Interesting, so you have two insurance policies? My wife is from Argentina and they had private insurance or insurance paid by work, or public insurance. The private insurance was kind of inexpensive then but has gone way up.

At the time I did my 1st sleep study (15 years ago), I had good insurance through my job and they actually paid 100% of the study and 100% of the CPAP. I had the results handed to me as I left the building. I believe I was the only one there that night, kind a small place. Now that I am old, Medicare Advantage will also pay 100% for both. I have two CPAPs and hopefully will never need another one. I sleep MUCH better now. Good luck on getting your CPAP.

Sure it's cookie cutter and won't work for everyone but I don't think it's fair to say it's no different than 200 mg every two weeks. The logic behind it is quite alot better and I'm sure the success rate is better too. The default (mandatory?) HCG seems like the most problematic aspect of it in my amateur opinion.
