I have posted on this board in the past regarding TRT and libido. I had briefly dabbled with self prescribed TRT a few years back. It was initially amazing (honeymoon) with regards to energy and libido but that quickly paled in the face of the negative sides I experienced. I ultimately stopped and since that time have been struggling to regain a healthy libido. I am 55, in decent shape, eat healthy, married to a beautiful woman. I've been to my doctor numerous times with no resolve. My last testosterone level was in the high range which was puzzling because as of that time I had been off testosterone for several months, and my overall feeling was as if i had no testosterone at all. Over this past summer, while on vacation there were a few occasions when my libido literally soared. This was curious to me as I was doing nothing different. I have always found that after being in the sun, especially on the beach our libido (my wife and i both) really spikes so I chalked it up to that. The decline is so notable and now here i am, several months later and things are in the basement. I'm grasping here but i recently added some supplements to my daily vitamin regime. KSM-66 (650mg), Fenugreek 500mg, Tribulus (1500mg), along with a daily men's multi (50+), vitamine D (4,000IU), Vitamine E (400mg)...it's been only 3 weeks since i added the KSM and Fenugreek and only a week since i added the Trib....i know they may be bogus but I'm willing to try...anything else anyone can think of? Much appreciated
