Cialis or Viagra

Hi guys,
Since I've had ED problems for the last year I was wondering which drug do you find to be more effective. I've tried Viagra before, the last time it didn't work, but I think that's because I had gone cold turkey off of my HCG Monotherapy due to insurance and all my hormones were way off. My main problem right now is maintaining an erection. I can usually self stimulate or can get in the mood by touch, however the foreplay makes me lose my erection. I plan to use it either when my wife is ovulating, typically in the middle of the month or on the weekends. Viagra would seem to be a good option for my situation, however so many people have raved about Cialis. My main concern is that it will cause back pain. So many people on here have experienced this so that's why it has me worried. Any thoughts?

Also forgot to mention that my insurance does not cover either of the medications so I'm either going to have to buy from a compounding pharmacy (is that still expensive) or overseas.

Viagra works very well if you pre-plan and take it correctly...empty stomach or a low fat meal, empty stomach is better, and at least an hour before hand. Cialis gets better with the timing but many guys find you need to take it well ahead of time like hours beforehand for it to be effective, unless using the daily 5mg dosing.

Revatio (sildenafil) is a drug for hypertension made by Pfizer who makes Viagra. It is the same as Viagra but marketed at a smaller dose and only comes in 20 mg tablets. A friend was telling me about it. You have to have a prescription for it and my friend gets the generic version because it is very cheap and the brand name (Revatio) is very expensive. I just got on GoodRX and looked and you can get 90 for $36 at Kroger Pharmacy and $56 at Walmart. He takes 3 per day so the script last him one month and it does the job for him. That's the equivalent of 60 mg a night. I guess you could take more if ou wanted, say 5 of the 20 mg tablets, because the average Viagra script is for 100 mg. Of course that would not get you through a month if you touch them nightly but it would get you about 20 good opportunities in a month.

I think I'll talk to my doctor about this on my next visit to see him.

I have only tried daily low dose cialis and loved the results. I get a compounded 75mg tab that is meant to be either chewed or placed under the tongue. I've never used it that way, but I'd imagine you would not have to take it long before.

I'm assuming that when you say it works better on an empty stomach, you're meaning that you shouldn't eat right before. Obviously you can't starve yourself all day just so you can use Viagra. The last time I tried the 50mg tablet it did nothing for me, it was weird. I hadn't eaten for a while before. That's the reason I'm wondering if I should switch to Cialis.

I've heard of Revatio. I was going to ask my prescriber to get me these since my insurance doesn't ask Viagra, but I asked her to fill it at Empower, a compounding pharmacy in Texas. Strangely, she called it in last week, but they still haven't called me.

I'm wondering how much these ED drugs cost from a compounded pharmacy.

Go with All Day Chemist. I use them for Ceebis and Manly, their generic cialis and viagra. Works great and always arrive safely. I find viagra gives better erections, but is unpredictable due to the need for an empty stomach. I suspect mg may help adjust to the back discomfort. It does go away with time, or at least it did for me. A daily regimen of low dose cialis with an additional 10 or 20 mg can do wonders. Sometimes I combine 5 more milligrams of cialis and 12.5 viagra mid afternoon for planned sex and it works very well.

As far as the counterfeit pde5 thing, these meds are legit. Anything from Cooper Pharma, a U.K. pharmacy based in India, will be as good as the brand name. Insurance and only four pills is a disaster with the higher libido that TRT will give you. Might as well enjoy all the benefits of TRT.

Yes, I want to use All Day Chemist, but I'm just worried about the legality of ordering these medicines from out of country. Hopefully it's okay.

Don't be concerned all of the India Pharmacy are excellent. I've been buying from them for a number of years now and have never had any issues.

50mg and not one wiggle, huh? Have you tried 75 or 100mg? Odd to have a total failure with 50mg.

It could've been anxiety shutting it down. I was trying to self stimulate, but could never get it going. It was so depressing because I thought I could rely on the little blue pill to at least keep an erection, but one never started.

Just curious. Is 75 mg per day considered a low dose?
I thought 5 mg daily was low...

Thanks

Just curious, if I was to get Ceebis, what is the daily dose, 5mg (a quarter of the pill)? Would I have to take any more when I know I'm going to be having sex?

Quarter the pill. I’d try without adding more and gradually up to you get where you feel it is an effective dose. I take 5 mg every morning, sometimes 10. If sex is planned, then I add some mid afternoon. It’s an individual thing for sure. And don’t worry about not having a prescription from ADC. Just do it and stop worrying. It’s going to be fine.

Mountain Man, quartering my pills seems like a big mess and I don't want to dilute it in vodka. Would it be alright to take 10mg every other day? Will that be as effective as 5mg daily? I'm assuming the risk of side effects are higher with 10mg. Also, if I switch to 10mg, how much more do I add when I plan on some love making?
