To further explain here... My b12 is 369 from range 250-900. Folate was a little high above range 19 on range ending in 18 (can't remember bottom of range). These results were 3 days after not taking any vitamins. I have to repeat when actually taking them. I've increased my methyl b12 through supplementation a little (from 225mcg to 300mcg), started eating 4 whole organic brown eggs in the morning again, and reduced methylfolate from 500mcg to 200mcg. Sleep has gone from 0-3 hours to 8 hours (still broken though). Anxiety is a little better. I'm not sure if I had tinnitus before, but I definitely do now. Had morning wood 2 days in a row. Energy has always been fine. I get this strange air hunger symptom every so often, like I feel out of breath but even going to the ER in the past over it nothing was wrong. Definitely not anemic according to CBC. I'm way too sensitive to methyl vitamins, so I'm hesitant to increase b12 anymore until I receive the hydroxycobalamin I ordered. I've been folate deficient in the past, and went through hell trying to get to stable symptoms about 4 years ago. This has been rough as well but I at least kind of know what to expect and try not to panic over some of these symptoms.
