DanJ - First and foremost welcome to the ExcelMale community; glade to have you.

Ok, we all know that 25 year old otherwise health guys shouldn't have ED...only 54 year old dudes like me and thank God for Trimix LOL!

Couple of questions:

1. Have you ever used steroids in a cycle before (AAS use)?
2. You stated you are on no meds whatsoever; correct?
3. Are you under any stress like work or school or working different shifts?
4. Have had a complete blood work done including complete Thyroid, hormones (especially estrogen) and Prolactin tested? If not, you need to get a thorough work up done including a Physical done. There are any number of pathologies that are insidious and ED being one of the early symptoms.

I like that you are trying to fix this with an NO stack but I would want to eliminate all other possible cause first.

Hi Gene,

Thanks for your reply!

1. No I have never taken steroids
2. Yeah no meds other than the odd pain killer ibuprofen etc
3. Stress could be arguable as this situation can stress me out sometimes also I could get better sleep if Im honest only getting 6-6.5 hrs most nights.
4. I am going to try and book a blood test with my doc next week if possible..I will post results on here if I can..

question - will I require separate blood tests for Thyroid, Prolactin, Total Test, Free Test?, Estrogen or can they be grouped into 1 blood test?

Thanks again

DanJ - These are the labs you need and you need everyone and a Physician who knows how to read and understand the results of each; just know most GP's don't.

I just found this great table summarizing studies done on improving nitric oxide in men with ED.

A couple of bits of info:

1) I discovered that Walmart has an "88 cents" section in the First Aid area. It's helpful to fill out your First Aid drawer with generic stuff like bandaids, etc. But one of the items is a Pill Cutter, so I got one to try out - and it works quite well. Not perfectly - but roughly as well as any of the other ones that cost upwards of $10.

2) I mention that because I find that the thing to try when you get "side effects" from Cialis and Viagra, is take half as much or a quarter as much. Don't do this with prescribed health meds without asking your Doctor first. But with "recreational" meds like Cialis and Viagra, one finds that smaller doses can have the same effect on "wood" but without the headaches, backaches, etc.

3) For example, in my case (everyone's body is different), I find that roughly 3.5mg of generic tadalafil ("Cialis") is the biggest dose that I can take without side effects. So I take that dose twice a day (similar to Gene's first post regimen, but a lower dose). For awhile I was trying 3.5 at bedtime and 2.5 in the morning, BUT one of my discoveries is that the stack works better with a constant even dose - the same dose every time.

More studies showing Nitric Oxide production from Beets (in this case, one cup of beetroot juice), increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure - but only as long as it is taken regularly. Once a day was enough, since the effect lasted for 24 hours. Use of either mouthwash or antacid stops the nitric oxide from occurring. See:

Interesting that mouthwash and antacid stops NO from occurring.

The mouthwash thing was actually tested and verified in a study, and is mentioned frequently.

The antacid thing I have only seen twice, and I think it is a surmise based on the digestive conversion requiring an acid environment (so that someone who constantly and daily takes a lot of antacid, and neutralizes their stomach acid, will impair the conversion.)

All good stuff. Unfortunately, Lee seems stuck in the false "low-fat" concept from 1977.

In case anyone is interested in the political (and not scientific) basis of the "low-fat" concept, this half-hour documentary from Australian TV explains it well:

Come on guys!

Some 245 views and just a handful of posts???

I had this same thread on another "HRT" forum I used to Moderate some time ago and that thread is still alive and well even now.

If you want serious, and I mean serious vascularity, supper hard pumps in the gym that seems to last forever, great morning erections and harder longer lasting erections you need to give this stack a try.

I attached a pic of my right forearm taken not that long ago...and this was 8 hours after being in the gym!

I want to hear from you guys that have given this stack a good 30 day trial and post your results here.View attachment 270

I'm not sure what you normally look like but I'd say by the size of that forearm you've been lifting a long time. So I'm not sure if you would look any different without all of the supplements.

Dude - I've been reading Lee Meyer for a while and I don't think he advocates a low-fat diet per se, more of a moderate healthy fat paradigm. I myself eat a primarily plant-based diet with moderate fat in the form of fish, nuts, flax/hemp/pumpkin seeds, etc. I get about 8-9 helpings of fruit and plants daily.

Animal based products have a lot lower nutrients-per-calorie benefit than does plant-based stuff and I don't buy all this higher-fat/saturated fat being good for you business - a lot of so called debunking is from journalists who are excellent at writing in a style to persuade people who do not read their material with sufficient skepticism. Let me know when writers such as Taubes and Nina Teicholz perform any clinical studies. Amazon is flooded with books from folks claiming to have found that one True Diet.

Real studies of diet would take billions of dollars, because you have to have things controlled so the only difference is the diet.

If you actually read the Taubes and Teicholz books, they are less about advocating a particular diet, as they are about exposing the zero science behind the government's low-fat diet recommendation in 1977. It turned out to be all about politics and business. Nothing has changed.

The half-hour video linked is written by a medical doctor and all the interviews are with medical doctors.

You say: "I don't buy all this higher-fat/saturated fat being good for you business" because you have been surrounded by it all your life ("Heart Attack On A Plate OMG") , but all the evidence against saturated fat is faulty.

You say: "Animal based products have a lot lower nutrients-per-calorie benefit than does plant-based stuff." This is a vast oversimplification of the human body's needs. You have to have a biased idea of "nutrient" to say that.

Being vascular has some to do with lifting but nowhere near what this stack will do for you.

Don't believe me?

Try my stack for just 90 days than report back on your results;)

Im 51 years old and in and out of the gym my whole life. Just retired from LE after 30 yrs and went through several surgeries and med issues related to the job. Needless to say I was a physical wreck with pain meds and hard miles on the body! Lol...Gettin old aint for pussies!!
Been on trt just shy of 1 year and added Gene's stack to daily regimine with the exception of cialis. I was in a bad place for last couple years but how I feel now, I wish i felt this good last couple years of work!
In the boner area so to speak, had mild ed on and off even with trt, after the NO stack, leaning out and excersising its amazing how good life is! I attribute alot of sucess to the addition of the NO stack!
Thanks Gene!

Just curious Gene. Have you logged any numbers (blood tests, etc) over time that correlate to your stack to show some historical trends?

What would I measure in blood work?

This is more subjective results which is where the rubber meets the road anyway.

Just like TRT, if you feel good on your protocol; who cares about the numbers...right? :)
