37yr - 16weeks TRT blood test, help

Hello All,

A quick re-cap WIth a clean full year from any steroid I test around low 300 for TT. I went with SubQ trt 100 - 120 / week (50/60mg twice a week)

Below are the results after 16 weeks. I noted that my erections were gone on TRT towards the end, Sensitive nipples (high estrogen confirmed). SO I got scared a bit and stopped TRT for 2 weeks now. After seeing the results I want to get on again subQ and better manage Estrogen and ED - PLEASE HELP HOW.

I also took 250 hcg every 3rd day!!!

SHBG (ECL) 16.5 nmol/l 10.0 - 80.0

How do I get FSH and LH high again? how to lower estrogen (Adex? and how much) when should I test again after taking adex and starting trt again...

Will this help ED and I want kids later too, will TRT destroy the whole possibility of having kids?

LH and FSH will be low or undetectable while you are on TRT since T replacement shuts down your LH and FSH production via a negative feed back loop.

Your estradiol should be tested via sensitive assay. If you are convinced that you have gynecomastia issues, 0.5 mg of anastrozole per week may be enough in most cases.

TRT+ HCG may help you keep fertility to have kids.

I understand the low LH and FSH is because of the Test but does not HCG administering mititgate that? How else do you keep your fertility high?

I was taking 250 twice a week and still notice shrinkage, should I bump to 500 twice a week
