You could try cabergoline to reduce prolactin, and immediately observe the impact on libido and motivation.
I would switch to twice weekly injections or SC injection in order to lower the T peak.
I don't think that reducing the dose by 25mg will make much difference.
We have seen this difference in T levels between IM and SC stomach before. If SC is more convenient for you, then I think you need to inject more T than IM. I believe your delt injections were IM.
It would be interesting to know what your E2 Levels were.

We did not have a hypothesis about the association between estradiol and hematocrit because to our knowledge, there is no direct mechanistic link between estradiol and erythropoiesis. Yet, we found that men with higher concentrations of...
I have trouble with late night carbs craving. I recently tried semaglutide. This certainly suppressed the hunger feeling but I felt overall unwell on it. Maybe it works for you.
Regarding the feeling of satisfaction/accomplishment: it maybe sound stupid but just making a little list of few...
Is this about nutrition, fat burn, energy or getting high? I remember this yellow subs....good old times. I used it for a while; addictive stuff. This yellow subs were too much for me for enhancing workout performance. Later tried just ephedrine, aspirin coffee if I needed to work through a...
Congrats to your hair progress. Amazing change seems possible.
I don't know about Fina and PSA but what you are stating makes sense. In addition you could get once per year an ultrasound examination.
Did you do the IM injections also daily?
I feel my SC injected oil for about week under the skin (until it's absorbed into circulation, I guess). Thus I think that there is about one week stretch in blood level response compared to IM and therefore it might take much longer to achieve...
My advice is to look at the previous post of @madman and maybe try 150mg instead of 175mg. Hematocrit sometimes goes down again after a while. Checking your BP is a good idea. Drink enough water. Most here will probably say that your estradiol is normal wrt the TT. Are you injecting SC or IM?
They are mostly uninterested in optimizing mental health because they don't have an objective measure on paper and no guidelines and because there is another 'specialist' aka psychiatrist to deal with it.
There is a study that showed stable T levels over 24h with a slight peak few hours after applying the gel. Given this assumption, one would measure T in the morning before gel application.
Then there seems to be another study (I don't have access to the paper), which shows the fluctuation in T...
Very interesting, especially since I started SC....
Did you have any side effects (inflammation, swelling) at the SC injection site and which body part did you inject SC?

Previous research provided evidence that testosterone treatment is effective in reducing depressive symptoms in hypogonadal or middle-aged men up to age 60 years. This meta-analysis provides important new evidence that...

Have you guys seen this research: Controlling the polycythemia effect associated with TRT
I think madman's post of this research hasn't gotten much attention.
Thanks for all the discussions and sharing of experiences. I gave up on optimizing my androgel with ancillaries (hcg, anastrozol, dhea...
The trenbolone example was of course a teaser.
I think by aggressive we rather mean assertive, competitive, something positive. There are different forms of aggressive behavior.
When I am at the gym and I am more eager to move that weight, feel a much stronger impulse to push harder. Isn't...
I haven't seen a placebo controlled study with 1g trenbolone per week. My point is, we should be careful with extrapolating from testosterone to any AAS, from TRT to huge T dose. Of course the underlying character of the person is the dominant factor.
