I have a sinus infection. My BP has gone down somewhat, and I have medication for the infection. In December my BP was 122/78, so in hindsight my TRT dosage may very well not be the culprit.

My E2 levels were OK before treatment, but when we tried a Clomid restart, my E2 had shot up significantly. My guess is Dr. Saya was trying to head that off before it started. My body just reacted very differently to Clomid versus exogenous testosterone.

You should post the reference ranges that were included with the labs, that will help interpret the numbers.

Weird, I noticed today my ankles and feet are swollen. The feet to the point that it hurts to put on my shoes. I will be watching this closely now.

It SOUNDS like water retention from T -> E2 aromatization. Bloodwork to check E2 would be the best thing to do before just adding in an AI.

Are you on an aromatase inhibitor (AI) like anastrozole (arimidex) or exemestane (aromasin)?

I'm on almost the same thing except he started me out injecting once a week and only 1mg adex weekly. I wonder why 1x versus 2x injections. My E2 was high in the past, so I expected the adex dosage.

Jasen, Is it still the case that the vials are a bit overfilled? I received 2x 5ml bottles today, and had about 0.1cc left in the tip of my Terumo 5cc syringe after my first injection.

I just found about 0.1cc in my syringe after injection. Are there other syringes that leave less excess? The one I used is a Terumo 5cc Luer-Lok.

Kick ass. I am on 160mg/week (.8ml once a week) so I hope to see similar numbers. How are you feeling overall? How long have you been on TRT?

I ordered my prescription yesterday and did 2nd day air. Well it shipped yesterday and it already made it halfway across the country to my town. But since I said 2nd day air instead of overnight the delivery estimate is Monday by 8 PM. I guess I know better for next time! :mad:

I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 6 days a week. I used to lift weights and do cardio too, but my low testosterone has made that impossible to recover from. I hope once I start next week I can get back on lifting, cardio, AND 6 days of BJJ.

I'm on with Defy now. Dr. Saya did want to do the adex from the start, .5mg 2x a week. Either way, I am extremely excited, as is my wife.

I guess that would vary based on your PCP. I have a friend that is a doctor so he did the physical for me free of charge.

Basically you just need a current physical every year from your doc. You can get that from your PCP, a private clinic like Concentra, etc.

Compared with other clinics they are very reasonably priced. They don't charge a set monthly fee.
