I've been on citrulline malate (2:1) and norvaline for a few years now. Every time I think that maybe it's lost its efficacy, I quit for a short while. After about a week, I'm reminded that they actually work quite well.
The issue, IMO, is that we get accustomed to the effects. It becomes the...
It seems that there is a difference between pycnogenol (french maritime pine bark extract) and pine bark extract. It could explain why one product is quite a bit more expensive than the other.
The research is out there and it's not difficult to find.
If you already have heart issues, I'd stay away.
I quit answering DMs about it because it's typically someone that doesn't have a medical necessity for it and are just looking for a way around Rx issues.
Good news. I know after several years of various hormonal supplementation that I was able to get off all of them except testosterone. I have/had a multi-systemic condition, however. I needed a lot of rest and Rx support before that was possible.
You could search:
Nandrolone Damages Blood Vessels 11x More Than Testosterone
and/or
Nandrolone Plus Moderate Exercise Increases the Susceptibility to Lethal Arrhythmias
Nelson has also posted several articles on a ND specific thread about its relation LVH
Nothing that would specifically help with with the loss due to neuropathy. I just take TCyp now and a host of NO2 supplements. What good is a slightly larger calf if I'm prone to arrhythmias and blood vessel damage?
Is it so difficult to believe that taking 400mg of AAS a week would have such results?
I also have a Rx for Nandrolone, but after reading the most recent research I will not be continuing.
BTW, I made sure my T was 50% higher than my ND. Anything less caused "issues".
For those wondering...
Man, 3-4 months is nothing, really. It could take years to get everything dialed in. Especially, if you are taking other hormones.
I was on multiple hormones when I started out and every tweak resets your counter, time-wise. The more variables you include, the longer it will take to dial...
Everything Jones typed is what happens and needs to be done.
It's easy, in theory, but the most difficult thing I've ever had to do. If you think dialing in T is difficult, just hope you don't get adrenal fatigue/exhaustion. There are so many variables that fluctuate daily that it makes...
I have, but, as Jones previously stated, it can take a long time. It took a while to dial everything in AND it (stessors/dosage/sleep patterns, etc) always changing.
I don't think Nelson or Empower want us discussing prices on here, but let's just say the phrase "considerably less" could be used. I also use Empower. It gets to me in two days for half the shipping charge you've been quoted, too.
Thanks to listening to previous users and the guys on this forum, I was acutely aware of the ED issue. I was expecting it. When thing started going south (bwahaha), I started fiddling with my dosage. So, I never let it get to the point where I experienced any other side effects.
A lot of guys...
The closer your HDL and TRIG are to 1:1, the better. Your ratio is 1:2.375. This is currently considered an area of concern.
I'm still struggling with getting my ratio down, also. I'm about 1:1.4 and that took me about a year to get to. For some of us, getting the HDL up is difficult, no...
I'm like Vince in that I love the taste. It makes everything tart and I look forward to it. My yogurt is plain and it would be pretty bland without it.
In a shake, it's the first thing I have every day and in yogurt, it's the last thing I eat at night. I put vegetables in my shakes and that CM...
Vince, is correct.
My personal experience...A.) I would only manipulate one drug at a time (how else could you get a truly accurate reflection of what's going on?); B.) That drug would be HCG.
I have no idea what your age or goals are (fertility, etc), but HCG has always been more trouble...
I, too, have switched to a grass-fed, unflavored whey isolate (Pro Mix). I'll never understand those that mix it with water. I blend with a fruit/veg/fat shake in the morning and with plain yogurt in the PM.
I believe that was my one of my doctor's rationales for Rx, joint pain. The other was/is some muscle loss due to nerve damage in my lumbar (my left gastroc has "disappeared" by about 50%)
