    Peptide allergy

My wife has been on a combination peptide mix of Sermorelin, GHRP2 and GHRP6 from PeptidePros for several months. She briefly stopped for a few weeks. She took her first dose again last week and noticed a little bit of tingling and itching on her skin. With a subsequent does she had full hand...

    Sperm restart

I am on TCyp 120mg/week divided in 3 doses of 40mg with HcG 500 IU. Testes size is kept normal but I am sterile. Zero sperm count. Would increasing HcG and adding HMG 75IU at each dose restart sperm without stopping T? I realize stopping T is more likely to restart sperm, but I really don’t...

    trouble adjusting dosages

I have been on TRT for 3 years and the last year has been a struggle with symptoms and managing them through my dosing. I spent the first year on pellets then converted to T Cyp inj of 60mg and HCG 500IU MWF. Also take Armour thyroid 60mg QD. Cruised along well for the second year with no...

    most recent labs

I have posted my most recent labs. Trying to get back to how I felt for the first 2 years on TRT. It has been a struggle. I had been on 60mg T Cyp MWF for a Total of 180 and HCG 500 MWF for a total of 1500. DIM and DHEA 50mg supplements at night as well as Armour thyroid 60mg in AM. This had me...

    lowering E2

After stable dosing for over a year, my E2 crept up over 130 (usually 50) and resulted in ED but no other symptoms. After reducing my T dose by a third from 180 to 120, I am still maintaining Total T of 1200 and Free T of 400, but my E2 was still 101. I started on 0.5 Anastrazole Mon and Th...

    T level changes

I have been on the same dose of T at 40mg IM MWF with a consistent level of 1600 for over 2 years. My last test was suddenly 2400. It isn't timing related as the DHT and Estrogen were also proportionally higher. I have zero symptoms from any of it and found it through routine labs that I do...

2 years in and the magic is gone

I began pellets when I started having some ED issues with a baseline T of 350. During the first 2 cycles of pellets which went 4 months each, I felt like a superhero. I put on 20 pounds of lean muscle and could not be fatigued despite multiple workouts in the same day. Sex was to the point where...

    Snoring

I have never snored in my life. Since starting TRT 18 months ago, my wife says I snore so loud that it wakes her and she can’t sleep in the same room. Anyone else experience this?

Azoospermia: No Sperm on Testosterone Pellets

I was azoospermic after a year on pellets, no HCG. I have a better physician now and doing great on IM Test Cyp and HCG. Testicle size full recovered. Anyone know if I must stop TRT completely to restart spermatogenesis or can HCG be enough while continuing TRT? The idea of stopping is dreadful.

    My first labs

A bit confused by these results. I think I was being mistreated on BioTE pellets and have converted to T-cyp 40mg IM M-W-F and HCG 500 IU T-Th-Sat. Total test: 928 Free test: 12 Estradiol sensitive: 5.9 SHBG: 78 DHEA: 574 Why so low on the free testosterone? What to do about the SHBG?
