High hematacrit starts and stops

If I can deal with it, which I can and have after being on and off TRT for 3 years, is stopping and restarting T shots a common way to handle high hematacrit? Like a mini blast and cruise? How much are theraputic phlebotomies if my doc prescribes such? (if blood donations are not enough)...

Off TRT

I'm 55 years old. I had to halt TRT after a couple years (15 cc every two weeks) per my doctor I due to high hematacrit. My bad, as I was working out of town and did not donate blood. So I donated blood, double reds. 6 or 7 weeks now without an injection. My labs from a couple weeks ago...
