Sorry I'm late to the party. Just had my first SHBG panel in about a year.
Update: Managing my TAT symptoms with 4mg of Anastrazol a week, 12.5g clomid every 10 days, and 75-150mg of armadofinil daily if needed.
Armadofinil keeps me normal, exactly how I want to feel but I grind my teeth...
Ive been on Clomid/Anastrazole for almost 2 years. Clomid keeps me from falling asleep at the dinner table, anastrazole keeps the bloating down.
Labs are optimal (600-900 Total T with good E2 ratio to Free T, normal SHBG) 12.5 mg clomid/4mg AI weekly.
I feel mediocre on this regimen and...
I think these are good general guidelines Nelson, however Ive been going through an opposite scenario.
For over a year Ive been on a Clomid titration from 25mg EOD to now 12.5 twice a week.
TT has been in the range of 900-1100 with high estradiol numbers, Always felt shitty for a long time...

See how you feel on TD and vitamins, simple and definitely cheaper.
Draw labs in 8...
Hey Nelson et al,
thanks for the links. I've been interested in finding out more about this backfill procedure with DHEA/Preg. DHEA makes me a little edgy anxious and my numbers are upper quartile. Also I believe the estrogen conversion goes through a pathway that bypasses AIs. Trying to learn...

I'll have to try your sleep my stack, looks good.
Thanks Nelson.
Trying to put together a "Alertness/Cognition" Stack as well as a "Sleepy" Stack (non-prescription/OTC, simple, cheap).
Anyone use powdercity.com or have a better sourcing reference? Thanks!
