Why did my total testosterone drop even though my weekly dose increased?

To summarize what you can see in the spreadsheet
-- I started taking 105 mg/week of testosterone cypionate in July 2023
-- in September of 2023 my total testosterone was 948 ng/dL
-- I then did an 8 week cycle of Anavar (20 mg/day), which ended on Novebmer 14, 2023
-- on December 20, of 2023, which was six weeks after stopping the Anavar, my total testosterone had dropped to 544 ng/dL
-- I then raised my dose of testosterone cypionate to 140 mg/week
-- I did another 8 week cycle of Anavar (20 mg/day), which ended on April 28, 2024
-- on May 1, 2024, which was 3 days after stopping the Anavar, my total testosterone had dropped to 504 ng/dL

The main thing I want to figure out is: why did my total testosterone drop?

One person on a different forum suggested that the anavar lowered my SHBG, which caused my body to clear the testosterone more quickly and thus lowered my total testosterone. But, if that is the case, it doesn't explain why my total testosterone was low on the blood work taken on December 20, 2023 (as I had stopped the Anavar 6 weeks before that test and my SHBG was high).

Try to imagine, measuring the water height in the ocean as a set of waves are coming in, the water height would constantly change from one moment to the next.

That’s how hormones work, not flat steady values, the hormone levels are always changing.

Now throw in isolated changes in SHBG, caused by Anavar, which would alter your Total T and calculated Free T values when your actual Free T values didn’t change hardly at all.

@Systemlord I appreciate your willingness, to help. But, I'm failing to gather anything useful from your reply. From your comments, what I can gather is
-- hormone levels rise and fall like waves in water (okay, but testosterone has a daily rhytm and values don't fluctuation by a factor of 2x without some major external disturbance)
-- anavar lowers SHBG, which raises calculated free T (but if you look at my last two labs I have vastly different SHBGs and roughly similar total T and free T went up)

So, I'm not really sure what your point is other than saying that adding in drugs affects other stuff. I'm trying to figure out what caused what to change and why.
