It’s actually extremely ironic that the actual truth, when it comes to diet and optimal health, is to basically eat the complete opposite way that we were told growing up/ what the food pyramid is based on. The reasons ur parents and sister had heart attacks were due to genetic predispositions, and being in chronically inflamed/ insulin resistant states.
