Natesto is a garbage product, and I believe it has to do with its manufacturing and solubility. I was on Natesto in the past. My afternoon levels were 290ng/dL and the doctor had me try natesto. The first package or two that I had worked amazingly well. I would literally feel a surge of energy and elevation in mood almost immediately, which would gradually taper off after a few hours, right on time for the next dose. I would wake up in the morning full of energy and focus, and I was able to recover in the gym so rapidly. My life completely changed. However, after a couple of months, I noticed a significant decline in effectiveness. It came to the point where dosing had 0 effect on me. I came off of natesto for a while and had my blood tested and my morning levels were around 450ng/dL. I gave natesto another try to prove to myself it is doing nothing. I tested my blood levels 1 hour after dosing multiple times, and there was 0 improvement in test levels. I became convinced I was being sold fake garbage. I called the pharmacy and asked if anyone else experienced my issue, but they denied. I have 6 tubes sitting in my closet unused. All have crystals in them, and I believe the expiratory date is also June 2025. I have been getting those batches for a while, back then. To put things into perspective, after failing natesto, I tried 50mg clomid 3x a week. I felt extremely good, like I did with natesto early on. My blood levels tested at 1000ng/dL of testosterone. However, I began developing eye floaters (which I always had some of), so I stopped using it. Blood tests also showed a decrease in IGF-1 due to clomid usage.
