Good afternoon, Im from the Netherlands, in my country TRT is allmost treated as taboo. In the past year my testosterone has been tested multiple times. Multiple doctors have concluded that there is noting wrong with me. Their advise has been to work out more and lose weight. I sure have tried. That kind of thing used to be quite easy for me. Im 29 years old. 197 cm or 6ft5 tall. 120kg or 264lbs I broke my tibia and fibia 4 years ago.It was a very bad fracture. It took me 1 year to learn to walk again. In that time i gained 20kg or about 45lbs. Since that time ive not fealt like myself. Losing weight has been difficult. More than i was used to. I managed to lose about 8kg or 20lbs a couple times through keto. only to gain it back again. For the last years i have generally been feeling unwell. Ive noticed worse recovery when working out and im allways tired. Ive been having moodswings and ive sort of fealt mentally weak. I used to love working out when i was jounger but i just cant seem to get in the groove. in the past years i have started working out multiple times. This usually lasts about 3 to 4 months until i dont see any progress or run in to multiple injuries(shoulders and back) Im not telling this for simpathy, but to show the complete picture. These are my test results Test 10.4 nmol/l or 300 ng/dl. Tests have ranged between 150 and 330 Free test 281 pmol/l SHBG 18nmol/l LH 2.8U/l FSH 2.8U/l. My fertility was checked and that was good. In the attached files you will find previous tests. There were more done than this but i dont have all of them. They are in dutch but most will be understandable. i have used steroids twice in the past. Once i did 50mg of winstrol for 8 weeks and i have done 250mg of sustanon for 12 weeks. Both times i used nolva and clomid as after care. This was when is was 21 and when i was 22.( 3 years before symptoms) In the attached files you will find previous tests. There were more done than this but i dont have all of them. They are in dutch but most will be understandable. Ive recently found a doctor thats more open to find a solution. But im worried her knowledge about these kind of things is limited(compared to American specialists). She agrees that these test levels are to low for someone my age. I was hoping for advice on what things to look for. Im looking for a cause, not just a solution. soon another test will be done: hemoglobine, liverdisease, cortisole, FSH, LH, Glucose, iron, creatine, lipids, magnesium, estrogen, progesteron, testosterone, TSH, T3, T4, b12, vit D, DHEA SHBG, Free test, Pregnenolon and DHT. I still want to have kids, im worried about the potential that i will get infertile from trt. ive heard of the options to us hcg or gonadotropins to remain fertile. How effective is this? How big a chance is there that even after stopping trt and using medicine to start things up again, i will still remain infertile? What would u suggest to treat my low t? thanks, Falco Thanks so much
