Recently diagnosed with Central Serous Retinopathy and retina specialist said it could be linked to testosterone. My Low T physician has recommended that we try to take some time off TRT and see if the CSR goes away. I am continuing my HCG treatment for the time being. I am not taking any other medications or supplements at this time (although typically I am taking the most common workout sup's like NO, creatine, all the BCAA's etc.). I have had a small tumor (Warthins Tumor) in my neck for a few years that is being surgically removed at the end of this month so I am going in for bloodwork in the next week. My original test for Testosterone levels which was in January was appx 150. I do not know any other levels at the present moment but plan on getting to a primary care physician in the near future to get first physical and tests done since being in my 40's (I'm now 43). I have been reading as many posts and topics on the forum as possible in the last couple of weeks and trying to educate myself on good health and practices. So...here is my question. What are protocols for coming off TRT and trying to avoid "crashing"? What daily supplements are recommended for general good health in a man my age that is "VERY" active both physically and sexually and under an "ENORMOUS" amount of stress? Any advice would be appreciated.. I have seen the supplement stack threads on the forum just cant seem to find them...I have not seen any topics on coming off TRT.
