I would not be overly concerned with high total, especially if your not experiencing negative side effects. You can always make a readjustment to any dosage change. Everyone is different at where you feel your best.

Haven't had anything we couldn't control. Ive learnt to adjust the dosage, use of benydrl .some times it a marathon..lol. other time you just thought it was going to be... . But none the less. Its never let me down!

I get my Gp to request normal labs and have Dr. Saya request any others that he needs. I run what I can through insurance with GP and pay out of pocket to Defy. Having Defy as a resource is a great is worth it to me.

Great thread. Most all of us could keep a better journal. I agree that some numbers such as total "test" and E2 are a good benchmark but tracking how you feel at those benchmarks and daily are as much or more important.

At your age be sure that your Dr. Covers all bases in finding the cuase of your problems. TRT is great but it should be your last option at your age. TRT is lifelong as I'm sure you are aware. Best of luck, and be your best advocate in demanding to get to the root cuase and all possible options...
