Do you mean increasing your TRT protocol for 6 months, or just a 6 month run with Testosterone? Interesting that a doctor would actually help you with this. But Antiestrogens are dosed based on blood work. It's individualistic and cannot be generalized.
Never used it. Looking at the label, seems to have great ingredients, but they're all in low quantities. I don't see much benefit from the vitamin/mineral content. Amino Acids are a decent mix. I'd personally pass on this one and just use Arginine/Citrulline for a pre workout.
Ideally, arimidex should be taken 24 hours after injection. But I agree with Kelly, seems like super high doses there. DIM/zinc/Copper seems to work great for me.
